Postach Blog - Help
The Postach Blog platform I’ve used, the theme chosen and the configuration adopted result in minimalist interface. Consequently, some screenshots and explanations will help when navigating the site. Four screens are depicted below and each has a description of the important features and navigation procedures.
The Home Screen

1. There are only two possible preliminary screen displays, the Home Screen (shown above) and the Post/Article Screen (see next screenshot). The "Home" link will always return you the Home Screen.
2. The display on the Home Screen presents the title and a summary description of the latest 10 Posts/Articles; scroll down to view them.
3. Selecting the post/article title will display the Post/Article screen where the full content is contained.
4. Likewise, selecting the Permalink will display the Post/Article screen where the full content is contained.
5. To link to my other Social Media sites select the appropriate icon.
6. The Latest Posts box provides a direct link to the latest 5 posts/articles.
The Post/Article Screen

1. The full content of the selected Post/Article is displayed; scroll down as necessary.
2. Select the "Home" link to return to the Home Screen.
3. To link to my other Social Media sites select the appropriate icon.
4. The Latest Posts box provides a direct link to the latest (10) posts/articles.
Comment Screen

The Comment Dialogue Box is found at the bottom of each Post/Article Screen. Scroll to the bottom of the page to access it.
1. Provided you have a Facebook, Twitter or Google account, or sign up for a Disqus account you can add comments to any post/article in the Comments dialogue box.
2. Login using your preferred account or if required create an account on the platform of your choice
3. Add your name or an alias.
4. Type in your comment.
5. You can attach an image
6. Click the "Posted by …………" button which will be the name chosen in step 3
That’s it, your comment will be posted on the blog.
The Tag Cloud/Hashtag Box

There is no search feature available to find content on this blog; it’s one disadvantage in using the free Postach blogging application. As an alternative, the "Tag Cloud" feature can be used to find content. The "Tag Cloud" box is equivalent to "Hashtags" or hashtagging found on many social media sites.
Each post/article will contain one or more tags and these will display in the "Tag Cloud" box. Selecting any of the tags will then display all of the posts/articles that contain the selected tag. For example, selecting the "#welcome" tag will find the Welcome article, while selecting the "#smartphone-apps" will find all posts/articles that contain information about smartphone apps that could be beneficial to the deaf.
